This low-impact exercise program helps increase flexibility and reduce muscle tension and fatigue.

September 5th through June 15th:
Fridays, 9:45 to 10:15 a.m.
June 17th through August 23th:
Arthritis will NOT
be offered during the summer. Instead, we recommend coming to Aquacise class
where accomodations can be made.
